Days 01 & 02: Padang to Siberut Voyage & Tribal Village Living
Depart Muara Harbour in Padang at 06:00 AM by ferry to Muara Siberut. After police clearance, travel 2 hours upriver by motorized boat to a native longhouse. Spend Day 02 exploring daily activities: hunting, river fishing, sago processing, and potential evening ceremonial dances.

Trek 2.5 hours to Sakalio village. Over Days 04 & 05, join elders in essential survival tasks: searching for sago caterpillars in decaying logs, collecting taro roots, making natural poison arrows, weaving fruit baskets, and learning about sacred tribal tattoo art.

Deep Rainforest Trekking to Rorogot & Sakalio
Embark on an intensive 6-hour jungle trek through river beds to Rorogot village and explore ancient tree-bark loincloth making.
Day 06: Expedition Trek to Rorogot Village
Embark on an adventurous 6-hour trek through dense primary rainforest and shallow river beds to reach the secluded settlement of Rorogot. Gain rare insights into remote Mentawai life unaffected by modern influences. Overnight at a native longhouse.

Days 07 & 08: Sakalio Village Return & Bark Loincloth Making
Trek 2.5 hours back toward Sakalio village. Spend Day 08 delving into ancient traditions: witnessing elders beat tree bark (Baiko) into flexible loincloths, hand-tapping tattoos, and crafting hunting bows and poisoned arrows.

Masilok Island Escape & Return to Padang
Day 09: Take a motorized canoe back to Muara Siberut, then cross to the tropical paradise of Masilok Island. Enjoy white sand beaches, swim and snorkel among vibrant coral reefs, and celebrate your journey with an evening beachfront fish barbecue. Overnight in a simple beach cottage.
Day 10: After breakfast, take a small boat to Muara Harbour and board the 15:00 PM ferry back to Padang (3–5 hours voyage). Transfer to your hotel in Padang for overnight stay before your flight next day.
